    2. Tweed Central is subject to the National Privacy Principals under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) ("Act").
    3. This statement has been prepared in compliance with National Privacy Principle 1.3 and explains in general terms how Tweed Central protects the privacy of your personal information under the Act.

    1. Tweed Central is a industrial property development organisation, which specialises in industrial subdivisions.
    2. Tweed Central will collect a range of personal information about you for the purpose of enabling Tweed Central to:
      1. discuss with you any property development of Tweed Central;
      2. negotiate with you for the sale of any property and/or related services in relation to any property development of Tweed Central; or
      3. enter into any contractual documentation with you pursuant to this.
