Equititrust Limited (Equititrust) is a specialist provider of premium fixed income, and is financier for the Industry Central project. Established in 1993, its origins trace to the law firm, McIvor Coghlan, servicing mortgage investment clients since 1982. Combining absolute commitment to investor protection with keenly honed property finance skills, Equititrust has grown substantially. To ensure it is adequately resourced, Equititrust has maintained a long-term strategy of retaining substantial earnings (as at 29 February 2008 this figure was in excess of $53 million).
The Williams River Steel Group is the one stop design, engineer, manufacturing Construction Company. Specialising in the fabrication of steel and precast concrete panels.
The Tweed Economic Development Corporation Ltd (TEDC) is an independent company limited by guarantee established by Tweed Shire Council in 1997.
The TEDC role is to "give leadership and direction to sustainable economic growth", to "inform government policy processes" and to "facilitate and attract job-creating investment growth", in Tweed Shire.
